Water & Pollution Control

Water is essential for life, yet around the globe hundred of millions of people have no access to clean water.

The problem is getting worse in emerging economies, such as China and India, where the consequences of economic growth (e.g. water abstraction, pollution) put pressure on already stressed water resources. Technologies which can help to tackle the global water crisis include water filtration, purification, and desalination, and basic water and waste water infrastructure.
