Paulo has 19 years of professional experience in finance. Prior to joining Fortis Investments he worked as a portfolio manager for VAM, primarily focussing on emerging markets. Before that Paulo worked as an analyst for Vicario in London, as Assistant Treasurer for Arab Banking Corp in Brazil and in different positions for Banco SRL SA, BankBoston and ALCOA.

Paulo holds two bachelor's degrees, the first in Public Management from EAESP-FGV and the second in Law from USP.
